Alliance Contractors llc was formally founded in 2012 from Mishawaka, IN. Since inception, we have focused on quality work for our projects and a professional yet personal approach to communicating with our customers. We take the time to listen and find out what you really need & want instead of selling you some product you may not need. We have the knowledge and experience to guide you with the entire process and have many partners in the construction industry to improve our projects. Many of our partners and contacts are other family members serving in various sectors of the industry. This gives us a unique advantage and ability to create an ALLIANCE with many great contractors, and thus our name was born! Our Alliance gives you the upper hand in completing your project! Before Concept, Beyond Completion, We’re your Allies in construction!
We handle all types of projects from big to small and often operate as a Design-Build company as our customers need. Many times we’re able to draft plans and meet the customers’ demands in-house to save time and money. We have also worked with many engineers and architects to complete projects when needed. Effective and consistent communication is key with any customer’s project! We will thrive in this environment and go above and beyond the “standard” in our field to provide you with the best outcome.
Currently Alliance Contractors llc is Owned & Operated by Kevin Brown & his Family. Kevin has been in the construction industry since 1989 when he started building houses with his grandfather Carl Roempagel of Roempagel Builders from South Bend, IN. As a young boy he learned how to use many tools and also established a great work ethic. As a young man he was more instrumental in the building process and learned the value of quality work! Building new custom homes quickly became his passion and what he most enjoys doing today! His wife Jessica handles many day to day tasks and will receive most incoming communications for the company while also looking after their beautiful children! Jessica has been in the customer service field for over 15 years and has great experience with dealing with customers. We are under construction ourselves as we build our New Office & Shop. Once completed we will have an office & showroom space along with ample shop and storage space to continue our great work. We are very excited in this new phase of our company and look forward to having everything at a central location. This is just another example of the commitment and investment we provide to ensure our company can deliver the quality and excellence our customers deserve!
